Hello Parents!

The other day I entered everyone’s email into my blog. The students informed me that my blog was not automatically sent to your email. Soooooo, I’m trying this one more time. Please let me or your child know if this comes to your email.

Just a reminder…word work activities, packet, and math are due tomorrow. Also, there’s a spelling test and a reading test tomorrow. Every Friday, students are taking a timed mixed multiplication/division test. They will chart their progress and growth!

WELCOME!!!!!! Week of September 2-5, 2014

Hello and welcome to 5th grade! We are off to a GREAT start! Your kids are SUPERSTARS!  I will write a new blog every Monday to keep you informed of our weekly assignments and upcoming events. Please note that we are doing the assignments whole group and this week’s tests are only practice.

I have a baby spider plant for each student in my class. If you have a little pot that your child could plant their plant, that would be great, if not, no problem.

Also, if you have a mismatched sock or cloth your child can use for their dry erase board, that would be nice, but if not, no worries.
