Here is a challenge that is a little more geared towards the older grades. Our younger students can give it a try just lower the number of reps.

The challenge is to do all the exercises that spell your first name, last name, and favorite food.

If you want to mix it up and do this again or want to do more exercises then you can also spell your favorite animal, team, sport, friend, drink, etc.

What a great day. Today I suggest putting those kids to work! Clean the toys, patio furniture, Windows, cars, bikes, etc. My kids had a blast with water and dish soap.
