Hello,

I wanted to share some of our daily exercises with you.

Jumping Jacks

Stand on one foot

Stand on other foot

Reach for your toes (don’t bend your knees)

Butterfly stretches

Bottoms Up

Sit ups, crunches

Push ups (If your child is not strong enough just hold the position)

Planking

Seals

Downward dog
