Here is an outline of today’s assignments (Monday, March 23rd):

● SPELLING: ‘-IT’ word pattern (bit, fit, hit, lit, pit, sit, zit) use crayons or markers to write your words in different colors

● READING: Read the story, “Hey Little Ant,” by watching the video provided (see grid).

Good morning!

Please click the link (above) to access the Kindergarten grid. Remember, this grid contains all the assignments, videos, and links you need in an organized, calendar format. Each day is broken down by subject area and describes the tasks your child should complete. Most of these tasks can be completed on notebook paper. For math, your child will use their green LEARN books and homework pages (Salem will show you—see photo!).

● READING: Read the story, “Koala Lou,” by watching the video provided (see grid).

Chrome Books

For those of you who picked up a Chromebook today…follow these instructions:

1. Turn off the Chromebook (holding the power button is okay)

2. Turn the Chromebook back on.

3. Connect to your home WiFi.

4. You should see a screen that says “Sign in to your Chromebook”. Leave the Chromebook on this screen for 5-10 minutes.

5. Restart the Chromebook again

Your child’s student number is the username and the password is their birthdate. For instance if their birthday is March 3, 2003, you would enter 03032003.
