Teacher’s evaluation is a good tool to improve teacher’s performance in the classroom, but to achieve this goal, TWO important things to consider:
1- Evaluators should be qualified and trained enough in the subject matter.
2- Feedback discussion is important to shed the lights on the strong and the weak points of the lesson, and find solutions for improvement. If possible, videotaping some lessons and have peer discussions.
