Okay guys so we are on day two of our workout sessions and today I will use a pillow just like you guys.

this one I struggled with but luckily my roommate was there to help.

with this one just make sure you’re standing holding your pillow and bringing it down. Then just repeat 5 to 10 times come on you got this guy’s!
with this one it’s a little bit trickier for me to show you guys so I will post an image Below on what it’s supposed to look like.
Should resemble this.
best to do this while standing and squeezing your pillow together for 5 seconds then release to starting positions and repeat.
with this one make sure you’re sitting down with your feet out in front of you and just copy what I do. Well just a little bit differently.
luckily with this one just follow exactly what I’m doing and then we’re done!
