November 25, 2019 Update

Students continued to work on their essay, some got their essay peer edited, saw me for assistance, and some were able to print.

I passed out the rubric for the essay – nothing new – students can check their binder for the clarification on the rubric language. Students must assess their own writing before they submit it tomorrow.

Students will turn in their rubric, their essay, and their graphic organizer at the beginning of the hour. Reminder, 5th hour students, that is the only item to bring with you to class tomorrow. I will collect the essays before we go down to the PBIS celebration. For 6th hour students, bring the essay with you on your way back from the PBIS celebration to 6th hour.

I look forward to reading some great essays!

SAT 11 quiz is next Friday, December 6. I passed out the SAT 11 list today. This is due on Monday, December 2.
