We are working through reading “A Retrieved Reformation” from the textbook. We will finish it on Monday. There will be a 7 question assessment on Tuesday over the reading as well as a written response. Assessment focus: irony, internal/external conflict, Third person point-of-view, dynamic/static character, inference, theme, and figurative language. We will talk about these more on Monday. If you would like to review the reading at home just google A Retrieved Reformation PDF and it will pop up as one of the items on the search list.
There isn’t a SAT list going home today as next week is a shortened week. I will give you SAT 10 the Monday we return.
Weekend H.W.: If you have yet to finish the Malala CER and the reading of the article on the Boys in Thailand who got stuck in the cave please do so by Sunday. The CER is a summative score.
