Book Rap Battle

I challenge you to a BOOK RAP BATTLE! In honor of March is Reading Month, I want you to rap a book that you have at home. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Find a book that you have at home (books that rhyme are the easiest to rap).

Step 2: Find a beat off of youtube. Here are a few that I liked:

Step 4: Practice rapping your book with your beat.

Step 5: Have a parent record you rapping your book and email the video to me holmesj1@dearbornschools.org.

The fifth graders just started a rapping unit before we left and this was going to be their next project. If you want more fun rapping activities check out my blog and click the 5th grade tab.

Can’t wait to hear your raps!
