Today we’re going to take it a little easier (after TaeBo and Zumba). This is still a great workout and one that will get your blood pumping and sweat pouring, but it’s easy on your joints. Have fun, work hard and remember that you control your stress levels! You’ve got this!

Monday, April 20 – New Day, New Week, New Workout
Happy Monday everyone! Last Friday we tried to go “old school” with Billy Blanks and TaeBo, today we’re gonna come back to the year 2020 with a new Zumba workout. It’s 30 minutes and you’ll get a great, full-body workout! Remember, have fun, work hard and enjoy the benefits when you’re done!
Snow day? 1-3″ in the Forecast…Get active now!
Today’s workout idea is a “throwback” to the mid 90’s . Tae Bo with Billy Blanks. This was the hottest workout of the era (you have to get past the clothes they’re wearing to really get the full value of the workout). If you do the full routine, your body will definitely know. It’s fun, but an incredible workout. Start at the 1:15 mark to skip right to the workout.
22 Minute – Video Workout
We’re going to mix things up today. Here’s a link to a 22 minute YouTube video workout. It’s for kids, but will be great for anyone. It can be done indoors (you only need enough room for burpees). This will get your heart rate up and give you a great start to your day!

43 & Sunny today – Get outside!
Today’s forecast, while chilly, shows lots of sun! Get outside and get moving. It’s going to be a great day for a walk, run, bike ride or working in the yard. The great thing about physical actvity is that it doesn’t matter what form it comes in.
Monday, April 13 – Activity Ideas
Good morning and welcome back from the weekend and what should have been a nice spring break week. I hope you enjoyed the scavenger hunt this weekend. If so, please comment and share your photos. Today we’re going back to our 30-for-30 Challenge that we started last week. Remember, we’re looking to log 30 miles of walking or running in the month of April.
