So how did your April 30-for-30 go? I logged 39.62 miles walking in the month of April. Now that the weather is turning and the sun is starting to warm things up, lets push that number up for May. If you have a fitness tracker, remember that it will count the steps and distance you’ve walked/run throughout your workouts as well. We’re going to push the limits and shoot for 50 miles in May. Let’s see what you have!
Today’s workout is a circuit training workout that will absolutely work every inch of your body. It’s only about 22 minutes, but you’ll definitely know you’ve done it when you finish! Enjoy and work hard!
Today’s forecast is sunny & 67! Get outside and go for a walk. Sunshine and fresh air naturally make us feel better, adding physical activity to that mix can help even more. See if you can walk .1 miles for every day so far this month (2.7). If you don’t feel like getting out and going for a walk, try this instead – 30 minutes of circuit training:
Today you’re going to need to search your parent’s closet for those leg warmers and leotards, because we’re going to be dancing! This is a 30 minute dance workout that will get your moving and your blood pressure up. Have fun and enjoy! Don’t worry if you can’t dance…I can’t either.
Today we’re going to “take it easy” with a 30 minute yoga routine that will stretch all muscle groups and get you sweating, without the intensity. Relax, find your zen and enjoy!
