Today’s bellwork reviewed order of operations and writing algebraic expressions. For the remainder of the hour, we started discussing section 1.3 – exploring real numbers. Students were able to identify real numbers: rational, irrational, whole, natural, and integers as well as solve algebraic expressions with absolute values.
