Virtual Supplies- Mr. Hawkins 4th/5th Grade 

• 6 spiral notebooks
  • Blue        Reading
  • Red        Social Studies
  • Green     science
  • Black      Vocabulary  
  • Yellow     Math

• 2 packs of pencils 
• 1 small pencil sharpeners
• Ruler with metric and standard
• Small Dry erase board
• 4 of dry erase markers
• Dry erase board eraser or old sock to use
• Crayons
• Earbuds

In person supplies (when we return to face to face instruction)

• 1 ream of white copy paper
• 5-single subject spiral notebooks-different colors if possible for each subject
• 4 packs of pencils pre-sharpened
• 1 pack of colored pencils
• 1 pack of markers
• 1 set of earbuds to keep in your desk (no full headphones
• 1 duo tang pocket folders 
• 4 glue sticks 
• 3 packs of dry erase markers 
• 2 highlighters
• 1 pair of student scissors with the student’s name written on them. 
• 2 packs of wide-ruled loose-leaf paper
• 2 packets of large Sticky notes 
• 1 pencil box
• 2 boxes of tissues with student name written on them
• 2 pack of 3×5 notecards
• 1 ruler with centimeters and inches
• A small hand sanitizer to keep in their desk
• Disinfectant wipes for their desk 
• Small pencil sharpener that will collect shavings

Optional supplies if you would like to donate

• Gallon size Ziplock slider bags and Quart size Ziplock slider bags
• Packs of bright or neon-colored cardstock
• Packs of brightly colored/neon printer paper
• Extra glue sticks, markers, colored pencils, notebooks, for students who weren’t able to get supplies
• Extra boxes of tissue, disinfectant wipes, and sanitizer 
• Extra dry erase markers
