I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and was able to take some time to reflect on how thankful we are for all of our service men and women who serve, have served, and gave the ultimate sacrifice. This week we are working on taking our science and language NWEA. They are both longer tests that will last more than one day so please make sure the kids are well rested and eat a good breakfast. We are lucky to have AC in our room during this heat but they do go out for lunch and recess. The PTA is selling reusable water bottles with the Nowlin logo for Field Day. They are $2.00 each. We will be collecting the money up until the Tuesday before field day. You can send it in anytime. Please don’t forget to send in the permission slip and $15 for our year end Skyzone celebration. You must also fill out the Skyzone release form that is on Dojo, or in last blog post.
