MSTEP and NWEA are upon us. While we will still working on learning across the subjects, the students will be testing for long extended times. We are still in need of donations of brain food for the kids to keep them motivated, working and doing their best. We have a donated fruit tray and some drinks have been donated. Any unused donation will be rolled into our year-end celebration. Please consider donating single packed apple slices, juice boxes, water bottles, and mints. Mints are scientifically proven to increase brain activity and we talk one before every single session. Homework will be light this week because of the testing but we will still have each subject:

Writing-We are working on poetry and students will be creating poetry books!

Reading-We are reviewing all of our comprehension strategies and working on skimming texts to locate specific information.

Math-Students are being tested today and then we will begin the next unit tomorrow
