Students have completed a large research project and presented their findings on the topic they researched.  We had a wide variety of topics from global warming to uniforms in school.  Students used the basics within Microsoft Word to create their written research and submitted it in Google Classroom.  We will be starting lesson on spreadsheets next.

Students will be making their first recipe this week….Cinnamon biscuits.  We have discussed equipment, working with a team and cooking terms.  Students are now ready to get their hands on some foods and follow the recipe!

All students are currently using the computer to condusct research on thier chosen education topic.  The assignemnt is to use the interenet to research an academic topic and use Microsoft Word to construct a typed two page research project.

Students are currently creating an advertisment for a school activity.  They must use many different funtions to create shapes, coloring and borders on the paper.

Students have learned all about safety in the kitchen, how to use kitchen equipment and how to work as a team.  Students will be cooking three different projects over the next few weeks.

Students finished their sewing projects around  Thanksgiving Break and have now been learning about the kitchen.  Students will soon be able to apply their knowledge about cooking, and will work in groups to cook a few simple projects after the first of the year.
