Biography
My name is Molly Harrell. I am a special education resource teacher. That means that I work with students that have Individual Education Plans (IEP's) which allows me to provide specialized instruction to them while they attend general education instruction. My students have an array of academic abilities. I enjoy providing them an alternative approach to strengthening their academic skills. I have been a teacher for 8 years and have worked exclusively in the special education discipline. I spent about 6 years prior to teaching working as a special education paraprofessional with students that have profound disabilities. I am a cheerleader for the underdog, figuratively speaking, and consider myself a life long learner with a desire to better myself in my experience as a teacher. I have three fantastic children, an amazing fiance, and a fluffy cat.
