Yesterday afternoon, the students had a substitute.  The math fact sheets were not passed out.  They will come home tonight along with each child’s home journal and a new calendar for November/December.  Thanks.

Please remember that I will stuff new books into the book bags on Thursdays only.  I have students bringing back bags too early and too late.  Remember Thursdays!!!  Thanks.

Students may wear costumes tomorrow.  No changing of clothes.  Please leave weapons, accessories and masks at home.  Students may bring in one bag of candy to pass.  Happy Halloween!!!

Conference confirmation slips are coming home today.  If you did not attend the Open House, your child will receive a conference invitation.  Please sign up for your first and second choices.  Return by Friday.

Reminder:  Students are allowed to wear costumes on Tuesday, the 31st.  No masks, weapons or accessories allowed.  We will be visiting the gym in the afternoon for a small party.  We are in need of parent volunteers.  Please email me if you are interested.  Thanks.

On Tuesday, October 31, we will be having a Halloween Party in the gym after lunch.  We are in need of parent volunteers to help with this party.  If you are interested, please let me know.  You are asked to arrive around 12:20, sign in at the office and then report to the gym.

Costumes-  This year we have decided to allow the lower elementary students (which includes 2nd grade) to wear costumes this day.  There are no places for the children to change so all students who would like to wear a costume, must come to school already dressed in the costume.  Please understand that they will be in it all day.  Please also understand that we are not responsible for stained or damaged costumes.  Students may not bring any weapons, masks or accessories.
