On Thursday, June 8, our class along with Ms. Keebler, Ms. Polster and Ms. Nellie will be having Cultural Night on Ancient Egypt.  Some of the classes will be doing a play, speaking about Egyptian gods and goddesses and our class will be presenting the Needs of Ancient Egyptian People and Egyptian interesting facts.  Each student will have a speaking part.  On Monday, I’ll be sending home your child’s part in the presentation.  Each child is expected to memorize his/her lines.  Each child is also expected to have a costume for the night.  Egypt is fairly popular so if you’d like to buy a costume, Party City will probably have one to purchase.  If not, I’ll be sending home costume ideas for you to make/put together for the Cultural Night.  This is a very exciting time of the year and hope that all students will be participating in this event!
