Celebrities of the Day!!! 

Today the students finished up reading “The School Play” as a group. They stopped within their reading to check for understanding. They also were guided in the reading to monitor and recognize the stages of the plot as they develop in the story.

Students were assigned to finish reading this if they did not finish in class.

Homework:

Finish reading “The School Play”

Fill out The Stages of a Plot worksheet at the end of the story.

Plug in Vocabulary terms from the story on to their Vocabulary in Literature worksheet they were given today.

Read for 20 minutes and fill out Reading Logs.
