Celebrities of the Day!!!

Today students had a review of the Stages of a Plot notes we had yesterday. They were given a guide to help them refer back to in their notes. They also began editing their “Come With Me” poem. They began writing their final copy in class.

Students also began reviewing for a genre quiz they will have on Thursday. They completed a worksheet entitled “Common Traits” for practice before the quiz. Students then continued to work on applying stages of a plot to the story “Thank you, Ma’am”. They did not have time to complete this and will do so tomorrow.

Homework:

Students must finish writing the FINAL copy of their “Come With Me” poem.

Students must finish drawing a picture in the framed paper to go along with their “Come With Me” poem.

They have a rubric of expectations for each of these assignments.
