Today in class we continued to explore theme.  We looked at a presentation on the Murals in the Market of Eastern Market last week.  We discussed how each mural had a different them.  The students then chose a quote that they connected with and are creating their own graffiti.

We will have a quiz on Friday and will cover the grammar sheets that we have been doing for the last couple of weeks.  They should be familiar with:  compound words, antonyms, synonyms, homonyms and contractions.

Homework:  They received a packet over the “Rules for using the Apostrophe” and homework this evening will be Worksheet 1 and 2.
