Students have been working on Theme these last few weeks, and have created two creative boards. One is “Warm up to a good book” that has the theme of their favorite book from the year on the outside of a mug.

The second one is a graffiti wall that chooses a positive quote and students discussed the theme. Wonderful work students!

We started the vocabulary book this week. Homework tonight is pages 9 and 11. The assessment for this test is on Friday, Dec. 18. Students should be studying 15 minutes per night for this test.

Reading logs will not be due until after break. Students will have the logs from this week and one over break to turn in on January 4, 2016.

The NWEA testing will begin for us on Jan. 12. More info to follow!
