Celebrities of the Day!!!
Today students expanding their understanding of Literary Elements. They used a foldable that we created in class to write down the literary terms along with the definition and example.
Students also began working on a Meap packet they were provided. They were assigned to read the story on page 7 entitled, “Jimmie Lee Sudduth” and use the R.A.T.E technique on a more experienced level to understand the text.
Homework:
Read 20 minutes.
Student were assigned to finish reading and applying the R.A.T.E technique to the story “Jimmie Lee Sudduth”.
