Happy New Year and welcome back!

I hope everyone had a great break and a great first week back to school.

Classes were in the pool this week.  With the semester end approaching some students grades are low because of missing swim days.  Next week Tuesday January 16th at 7am there will be make up swim as well as the following week on Wednesday January 24th at 7am.

All classes tomorrow will spend the hour in the gym!

My class will be swimming the week we return to school January 8th-12th.  If you need to make up any swim days, there will be some make up swim days determined after break.

Happy Friday!

Classes will continue with fitness stations and practice finding their pulse and taking their resting and active heart rate.

Make up swim will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week at 7am

All classes will be swimming beginning December 18th and will continue when we return from holiday break on January 8th.

ALL CLASSES WILL BE SWIMMING THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 18TH AND THE WEEK WE GET BACK FROM BREAK , THE WEEK OF JANUARY 8TH.

B DAY STUDENTS:  Since there was some confusion about the retake of the Basketball quiz, I will offer another time to take the retake NEXT WEEK after Thanksgiving break! I will announce the date the week we get back.
