Students have been working hard on their cardiovascular endurance as well as arm and abdominal strength.  Next week the students will be pre testing the 5 fitness tests: Mile run, shuttle run, sit ups, pull-ups, and sit and reach.

All students should have brought in a locker and been assigned a locker in the locker room.

All students should have turned in the Syllabus with the understanding of class rules and expectations.
