Fitness Pre-testing
Finishing up with the shuttle run and pull up fitness pre test.
B day students are running the mile today!
A day students will be running the mile tomorrow!
Goal sheet should be finished in class by tomorrow Friday September 29th, if it is not finished it will be homework!

Continuing on with fitness pretesting.

Monday September 25, 2017
Fitness pre testing all week. Students are recording thier scores to keep in their records. Students will be writing goals IN CLASS throughout the week.

Review of the 5 fitness pre-tests that the students will be participating in next week.
Homework; students need to fill out goal sheet and turn in to iLearn by September 29th!! Physical Education Goals 2017-2018
Thursday September 21, 2017
Classes continue to work on cardiovascular endurance with running outside. Students are also participating in agility drills to prepare them for the shuttle run fitness pre-test next week.
Hot day today – going to get up to 80 degrees, please bring water to class if you have it!
Wednesday September 20th, 2017
Students have been working hard with training to increase their cardiovascular fitness by running laps around the track everyday in class. Students have also been working on abdominal strength, arm strength, and flexibility. This week students will be working on agility by doing stations working on reaction time and foot speed. All of these exercises are to get the students ready for Fitness Pretesting next week.
The fitness tests include:
Mile Run (Cardiovascular Endurance)
Timed Sit Ups (abdominal strength)
Pull ups (arm strength)
Sit and Reach (flexibility)
Shuttle Run (Agility)
Students will be pre testing all of these fitness tests next week!
