Google Meet Information

Our team will be using Google Meet with our classes. This will give you an opportunity to see your teacher (over your computer using a website or through the Google Meet app), ask any questions about the work, have a discussion and see your classmates.

Teachers will be posting assignments on Mondays and work will be due on Sundays. Check Google Classroom for assignments.

To join a Google Meet:

  1. In a web browser, enter https://meet.google.com (or download the Google Meet app on your smartphone/iPad)
  2. Click “Join or Start a Meeting” (you will be joining a meeting)
  3. Enter the nickname of the Google Meet (nickname will be emailed to your Dearborn Public Schools email account 5 minutes before the start of the Google Meet by your teacher) and posted to the stream in your Google Classroom.
