I am in the process of updating all of the J&M and Adv. J&M assignments on my FHS Jewelry and Metalsmithing iBlog and my J&M iLearn courses (NOTE: Adv. J&M has been updated already in iLearn) as of 5/16/20. The assignments have stayed the same, but I have reduced some of the requirements…you can thank Ms. Curtis for that.
For the Silhouette Stack-able Rings assignment, only one set of 3 rings are required rather than 4. For Example, Ring #1 Design based on one common theme, Ring #2 Design based on the same theme as Ring 1, Ring #3 Design based on the same theme as Ring 1 + 2, one Final drawing of all three rings stacked upon each other, Reflective Paragraph (at least) describing the theme/concept of the three rings
For the Tin Can Candle Holder assignment…you only need one design for the tin can, pictures of one tin can with the design hammered into it (show me all sides of the can), and one self-critique/reflection rather than 4 designs etc.
For the Found Object assignment, you only need one found object jewelry and one self-critique/reflection rather than 3.
For the Paper Strip assignment, one bracelet completed using paper strips and one self-critique is required
FYI If you have all ready completed some or all of these assignment with the original requirements, I will give you extra credit…but only if the original requirements are met.
