Hey Everyone!
I apologize for the late post. It’s been a rough day for me today already and it’s only 1:30. Didn’t sleep well last night. My brain wouldn’t turn off and there was a lot running through my head. My anxiety kicked in strong today, so I’ve just been trying to take some long breaths to calm myself down.
I had to take my daughter to the doctor to have her cast removed (she hurt it playing volleyball). Thankfully, the doc said she didn’t need another cast, and she could just be in a removable splint.
I’m going to take a break and maybe walk around the block to get some fresh air before I do some more work and make dinner.
