Picture Day
Dear Parents,
Picture Day is this Thursday and Friday. Group A students will have their pictures taken on Thursday, and Group B students will have their pictures taken on Friday. Strict Safety Protocol will be in place both days; social distancing, masks until the photo is taken, etc.
Each child received a Picture Order Packet from their teacher. You are encouraged to order online at mylifetouch.com using the Picture Day ID: EVTVBSC8W. However, if you order using the paper packet, exact change is greatly appreciated!
Students who are in the Virtual Learning Program are invited to have their picture taken on Friday between 1:15-2:00. Parents can wait outside the building or in their cars.

This is our final week of Kids Heart Challenge! Let’s make this last week, the best week yet! We are extremely proud of our families for supporting this service-learning initiative!
Thank you all for helping your student take the online heart healthy pledge, raise donations or both. If you have not had a chance to help—there is still time. Please be sure to ask your child about Kids Heart Challenge and what they can do to make a difference.

Monday, March 1st: Hybrid schedule begins, K-2, 6th & 9th Grades
Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade students start in-school hybrid schedule at William Ford. Students are split into an A and B group. A Group attends in-person on Monday & Thursday, B Group attends on Tuesday & Friday.
At home learning 8:40 and 2:20 Attendance
In-School Attendance A-Day and B-Day 9:30-2:20
March 1st and 2nd!!
