Final Henry Ford Student Item Pick-up
Friday, June 5th from 12 – 2 p.m.
Hello, Parents and Guardians,
Due to the large amount of student items left at Henry Ford, we have decided to have a final student item pick-up, which will take place on Friday, June 5th from 12 – 2 p.m. This will be your last opportunity to pick up your child’s belongings. The items that are left on Friday, will no longer be available.
We are planning to have the same pickup areas:
- Young 5’s-2nd grade will be located along Driscoll Ave.
- 3rd-5th grade will be located along Mercury Dr.
We would like parents and guardians to follow the route on the attached map. The traffic will only go one way down Driscoll Ave. and then you will need to turn right to go down Mercury Dr. If you need to enter the loop again you will need to turn right on Hubbard Dr., then right on Korte St. and Right on Driscoll Ave. If you only have a child in grades 3-5, you may drive directly down Mercury Dr.
When you get to the pick-up area PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR. There will be a staff member that will bring up your child’s items to the window.
We will need you to have a paper to show in your passenger window with the information listed below in large print for each child that attends Henry Ford Elementary, so the staff member will know what items to bring to your car. If any of your children have library books or other books to return they can be given to the staff member when they come up to your car.
Example of Paper to Show in Passenger Window:

حضرة الاهل الكرام،
نود اعلامكم انه يوم الجمعة 5 من حزيران/ يونيو من الساعة 12:00 حتى 2:00 ظهراً فرصة لاستلام جميع الممتلكات الخاصة لاولادكم التي ما زالت في المدرسة بسبب أمر حاكمة الولاية بإغلاق المدارس.
سوف يكون التسليم على النحو التالي:
- من صف صغار الروضة حتى صف الثاني ابتدائي الاستلام على شارع دريسكول
- من صف الثالث حتى الخامس على شارع ميركوري
الرجاء التقيد بحالة المرور عبر الخريطة المرافقة مع هذه الرسالة. حركة المرور سوف تكون باتجاه واحد فقط على شارع دريسكول وبعدها الانعطاف يميناً على شارع ميركوري. ان كان لديكم اولاد فقط في صفوف 3-5 يمكنكم القيادة مباشرة الى شارع ميركوري.
الرجاء التقيد في الأوقات المذكورة.
عند الوصول، الرجاء البقاء داخل السيارة. الموظفون وفريق العمل في المدرسة سوف يقومون بإحضار اغراض أولادكم اليكم.
نريد منكم ان يكون لديكم ورقة مكتوب عليها بخط كبير المعلومات الموجودة أدناه عن كل تلميذ كي نحضرها لكم . إذا كان لدى أولادكم كتب خاصة للمدرسة الرجاء إعادتها ايضاً.

الولد الاول- الاسم الاول والاسم الاخير، اسم معلمة الصف, الصف
الولد الثاني -الاسم الاول والاسم الاخير، اسم معلمة الصف, الصف
الولد الثالث- -الاسم الاول والاسم الاخير، اسم معلمة الصف, الصف
