Think about a small restaurant, the type of restaurant, and what you would like to offer. Plan a small menu on either a sheet of paper or in MS Word if you have it available. Write a list of the items you would offer, the prices, and the ingredients for items that need to be cooked by your chef. Include restaurant name, address, email, phone, your name, mission statement. You will also have to create a logo for your place. Please be mindful of the fat that everything must be original, made up by you, NOT copied off the internet. Those of you without a computer, may leave the mission statement and/or logo until we get back. Please do not stress over this. Do your best. I realize that I did not have a chance to explain this further when we were at school. Therefore, have fun with this and stay connected to the district and myself by checking your email often.
