Students did a nice job on their interactive dramatization on the government officials of ancient Egypt. Students depicted the roles of peasants, artisans, scribes, priests, and government officials. We will take the test on this chapter on Friday, Feb.13. Study guides will be handed out tomorrow. Today we did an overview on the 5 Major religions (Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, and Judaism) of the world in a powerpoint presentation. We completed a KWL chart and discussed what we know, what we want to know, and what we want to learn about the 5 religions. We also watched a short video that explains each religion well.
