7th Grade Language Arts

Agenda: We will take a quiz on “Out of the Dust” pages 1-59. Then, we will write our 3rd journal entry “Something I would be Devastated About if I Lost”. With the remaining time, students will start reading for their homework assignment- pages 61-85.

Homework: Read “Out of the Dust” 61-85, take notes and answer questions on reading schedule packet. Finish Journal 3 entry if it was not done in class.

Agenda: We will do a homework check for notes on 51-57 as well as Journal 2. We will take notes on root words 41-46. We will go over unfamiliar words. Then, we will begin reading 57-64 of “Out of the Dust” as a class.

Homework: Study for “Out of the Dust” quiz 1.
