Obtain and Communicate Information: integrate sources of information and analyze, interpret, and evaluate the most relevant and important pieces about natural selection (cause) to help explain the cause for why antibiotic resistant infections are becoming more common (effect) and construct explanations on the role of antibiotic resistant bacteria on Addie’s case.
WHAT WE FIGURE OUT – Darwinian model is closer to what students have been studying, how to summarize a large amount of information in consensus discussions on what is known about antibiotic resistant bacteria and the evolution of bacteria, and how to concisely share out the summarized information.
