Hey 5th grade Families!

Students should be reading at least 30 minutes every evening, and responding to their reading in their Reading Response Log (RRL).  This written response should only take them approximately 6-8 minutes to complete.  Please sign their Reading Response Log WRITING every night.  This is different than the reading log the students turn in every Monday that monitor’s their reading minutes.

Depending on what type of reading they’re doing (Fiction or Non-Fiction) students have several ways to respond to their reading.
