Science Fair Project…Getting Started!

Dear Snow Families of Grades 3-5,

All students grades 3-5 are required to participate in our 2^nd annual science fair.  Please help your child brainstorm ideas for his/her science experiment.  Ideas can be found on the following websites:

Allowable Projects:  Experimental type projects that use the scientific method with a testable question.   Ex:  Does aspirin affect the growth rate of roses?  What brand of bread grows the most mold?

Projects Not Allowed:  Research projects (What is a hurricane?) or models (a volcano; a solar system).  These do not involve testing.
