On November 5th, all of the 4th graders at DuVall will be attending a Dearborn Symphony Concert. Each year, Kypros Markou, the director of the Dearborn Symphony, works with the district to choose music that will be a learning exprience for our students. One of the pieces of music that will be played is the first movement of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony. Each school will have one or two recorder students play the Ode to Joy theme with the symphony. This year, DuVall will have Audrey Malone and Abby Pinch play along with the Dearborn Symphony! Way to go, Abby and Audrey!
