Good afternoon,
We will continue to focus on figurative language. The figurative language assessment will take place next week, most likely Tuesday (December 20th). Each student should be studying his/her Cornell Notes on figurative language.
Also, report cards were handed to each student last Friday (December 9th) during 7th hour.
Be sure to continue reading 20 minutes a night and keep filling out the reading response journals. After the vacation, the NWEA testing for the winter will begin. I am not sure of the subject testing order.
The school dance is Friday, December 16th from 3:05 pm to 5 pm.
