Parent-Teacher Conferences were held yesterday. We had many good productive conversations. Thank you to all who attended. In the event that you were unable to attend conferences, you are more than welcome to schedule a conference with me in the morning. I am usually in my classroom by 7:30 AM or on my prep from 2 PM to 2:55 PM.
The M-STEP state mandated standardized test is arriving in April. Be sure to practice the metacognitive thinking necessary to score well on the test.
Also, the NWEA test will arrive in April/May. This spring test will be a good indicator as to which students are well-below grade level and will be looking at summer school.
Each night, it is imperative that each student reads 20 minutes and fills out the analytical sentence stems found on the book mark.
