Spelling booklets will be sent home today.  Please sign and return.

Students really enjoyed making crafts and playing games at our Halloween party.  Thank you to everyone who donated goods and time to help make our party a success.

Unit 3 Math lessons will include addition, subtraction, even and odd numbers, patterns, counting by 2s 5s and 10s, tally marks, and counting money.

I will review the Social Studies test with parents at conferences.  Our new unit of study will focus on economics.  Students will learn about wants, needs, goods, services, producers, and consumers.

Science lessons will continue to focus on the sky, weather, and seasons.

Reminders:  Parent Teacher Conferences will be held November 13, 19 and 20.  I will send home conference times soon.  No school on Tuesday, November 4; 1/2 Day Friday, November 7.  Read for homework 15 minutes or more daily.  Gym on Tuesday.
