The district has asked us to shift our instruction from Google Classroom/Meet/Zoom to a new platform called iLearn/Big Blue Button. We will still be doing Freckle daily; this is in addition to Freckle! Starting the week of 5/11/2020 assignments will be posted in iLearn (reading, writing, math, science and social studies). iLearn assignments will be due by Friday each week. We will eventually do live lessons through a video chat on iLearn called Big Blue Button but are waiting until our kids are comfortable with iLearn and some glitches are worked out.
Directions to get on iLearn:
- Go to https://dearbornschools.org/student-portal/
- Click on “iLearn Classrooms”
- Make sure you are logged into YOUR school email
- Click on “Mrs. Dillon Third Grade 2019-2020”
- Under announcements, click the week (example. “Assignments and Submissions Week of 5/11/2020”) to see your assignments for each week and how to submit them
