Mindfulness for Teens

Nowadays teens may be connected 24/7 to some sort of electronic device. In addition, they may be involved in a sport, club, after school activity and/or have a part time job.  Their world can be a very busy place and they may lack tools and/or knowledge about the importance of slowing down and the impact to their mental health. Mindfulness helps people to live in the moment and pay attention to their current state.  It helps to do away with unhealthy worrying which may be contributing to anxiety and/or depression.
