😀Good Morning! Today we have new activities starting; 𝐎𝐧𝐞-𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧!👏🏻 𝙏𝙬𝙤- 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙢𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙝, 𝙜𝙚𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙮. We will meet at 12:00 using iLearn on your Student Page. You can join me at anytime between 11:55 and 1:00. Your directions/code are in Google Classroom.

You do not have your Module 5, so I will attach the pages you need with your assignments in Classroom. I have added a different video as well. The Embarc video is also there. Well, it’s the end of another week of Remote Learning! We’ve got this boys and girls. I know there are some glitches every now and then, but thank you for being patient with me as we navigate this new world of our classroom. You have less to do today as we end our week. Complete your activities in Classroom, and enjoy your weekend. Your assignments are not due until Sunday night.

We are unable to Meet today. The District has suspended all Meets until next week. I hope to see you all again on Monday, but I will keep you posted.

Please let me know if you want to have a Chromebook at home. Next Tuesday, Howard will be distributing Chromebooks to students in need. You need to email me with your request, and I will send the information for picking one up to you.

In Edulastic, there are 2 quizzes posted. I don’t know why, but you only need to complete one of them. They are the same. Choose one. I can see which one you completed.

I so look forward to our days on Google Meet. Thank you for meeting with me yesterday. We had a good turn out, and had a good conversation about Earth Day learning how to reuse plastic bottles/materials. Today we are starting a new book. We will continue to listen to Insignificant Events, but this is a book you will read. I will give you the chapters in Classroom as we read them. We’ve had a good week! Hi everyone! Today we meet at 1:00. I need to meet with everyone at least once a week, so some of you will want to join today! Your link will be in Classroom to join. During our Meet today, we will watch an Earth Day video together and discuss it. I put the video in Classroom if you want to watch it before our meeting. Below you you will see an FYI. That is a note about your grades for the last report card. Please share with your parents. Parents-any questions, let me know.

**FYI– For the fourth marking period students will receive one of the three marks (Meeting, Progressing, Limited Participation).

• Meeting:  regularly submitted work and attended check-ins
  • Accuracy of work assessed on standards/graded/recorded in MiStar
  • High participation
• Progressing:  Submitted most assignments and attended some of the check-ins
• Limited Participation:  with one of the following explanations
  • Rarely or did not submit work (may be required to attend summer school)
  • Rarely attended check-in sessions (may be required to attend summer school)
  • Family hardship during the time of instruction (summer support offered)
