I wanted to share with all of you my plans for you over the next couple weeks. The District sends me new information every day, so I will also keep you updated with changes as they unfold.
I will post your daily assignments each evening for the next day’s work. I will use this blog as my major communication tool. I will check emails often throughout the day to answer questions about your assignments. Most of your assignments will be posted in Google Classroom with due dates. I will continue to grade and post comments in your assignment. The District is expecting that your assignments are turned in on time just as if we were in school.
Please know this is new territory for us, but I have complete faith in you! I am saddened by this decision, but know it is needed. I will miss you so much! I will miss our conversations in social studies and science, as well as, the puzzles and games being played during indoor recess. Some of your work may be more challenging without me directing you, but again, I know you can do it. You are a wonderful group of students. Collectively, we can do this! Email me anytime you want, call each other for support, and trust your parents to support and help you.
I will post some assignments for Monday this evening by 8:00 pm. Stay turned. We got this!

Anyone who hasn’t already come to school, can you please come by soon.
In an event to control outbreaks, we are closed as you have heard. I will be at school to assist in getting materials. I am saddened we will not be together over the next several weeks. I, as will Howard School, will do everything to keep you up to date as we navigate the next few weeks. I hope to see you this morning.
