I neglected to tell you that you will not find any information about the Sugar Act in your book. The Sugar Act was a tax on sugar & molasses in 1765. Add this information to your chart. Thank you!

Good Morning! I loved seeing the pictures of you with your pets, although, I didn’t get many. Today for Spirit Week-Create Something! You can cook, bake, make an art project, etc. Send me pictures! Many of you didn’t get logged in to Epic, or send me your science atmosphere illustration either. I think you are still thinking it is the weekend! Nope. Time to get to work! We are on a roll. Let’s keep it up! If you didn’t do either of those items discussed, you can still get logged in to Epic and send your science to me.
Math-Exit Ticket for lesson 11. Watch the video for lesson 12, Application Problem, Problem Set, and Zearn for lesson 12. Guess What? After today, we are halfway through this Module. That’s right. Guess what will be tomorrow?!? Yep, a Topic Quiz.
Writing-alliteration! Write 10 sentences using alliteration. Choose a different letter of the alphabet for each sentence. Use the poem from yesterday to get inspiration. Your sentences must make sense.
IXL– I have included math & language arts starred activities for you to do this week. Work on it, at least, 20 minutes each day. Social Studies-using the pages you read yesterday, pgs 292-297, complete the Causes & Events Leading to the Revolutionary War activity in Classroom. I also added them below.
Reading– Rita, the Storyteller, pg 578-581. Today we are reading using context clues to figure out the vocabulary words. Complete the vocab activity then write your own sentences using the 8 words in Classroom.
