Today we reviewed what we have learned about the types of figurative language and practiced identifying figurative language in various examples with a partner trading game. Round 3 of MobyMax started today and will be due February 9th!

Unit 2 Comprehension Test is on Monday, January 22nd! This will be open book (NOT open note!) about the stories “All Summer in a Day” and “The Jacket” (we are reading and discussing on Thursday). It will also contain application of identifying and labeling figurative language in a story.
