Reading: Today we acted out and discussed scenes IV and V of “The Prince and the Pauper”. We continued filling out our characterization charts as well.

Writing: We discussed how we plan for writing an essay already and then were introduced to the “IBC” graphic organizer. We will be practicing this throughout the week with the prompts we dissected last week.   We  had some time at the end of class to work on One-Pagers, MobyMax, or our finish our Google Classroom Prompt Dissect that was due today.

One-Pagers 5 & 6 are due no later than FRIDAY! 

NO LATE WORK/MISSING ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FRIDAY. THIS INCLUDES MOBYMAX!

Homework:

• 5 ReadTheory passed by Sunday! (every week) – should have 35 passed since 1/28
• Read 100 minutes of your chapter book every week!! (about 20 minutes per day) – Read 2 full novels EVERY card marking
• One-Pager #5  & #6 –  due NEXT FRIDAY! Don’t wait until the last minute to begin these!
