Reading/Writing:  We worked on our Theme Projects after taking notes on Prepositions. This is a group project centered around the story of the group’s choosing. Students will get time on Monday and Tuesday to work on this in class. All absent students have been placed in a group willing to include them when they return. This project is due TOMORROW!! We will begin presentations after silent reading time.

Unit 3 Comprehension Test is Friday!! This will cover theme, making connections, “The Good Deed” (open book), and your theme story choice (open book).  All skills learned previously are subject to be on any test, this includes figurative language!

One Pagers 5 & 6 are in your possession and are due no later than MARCH 22ND.

 

Homework:

  • 5 ReadTheory passed by Sunday! (every week) – should have 30 passed since 1/28
  • Read 100 minutes of your chapter book every week!! (about 20 minutes per day) – Read 2 full novels EVERY card marking
  • One-Pager #5  & #6 –  due March 22nd! Don’t wait until the last minute to begin these!
